The office or other premises of the RAK Free Trade Zone company can be located only inside the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone.
On approval of the client's projects, the required facilities are allocated and the respective lease agreement is signed with the Free Zone. All rents are payable according to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
The type, size and technical data of the required facilities depends on the type of the license, the specific activity and the required number of visas.
Sub-lease or sharing the premises in Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone is not permitted unless it is a subsidiary or other related company of the main company and the respective additional approval from the authority is received.
The construction works in the Free Zone parks must be executed strictly in accordance with the Regulations of the respective RAK Free Trade Zone Department and the applicable Rules whereby all the construction permits must be received prior to commencing the construction works.
