It should be noted that they have created great opportunities for the development of a wide variety of businesses in the free zone of RAK FTZ: offices and storage facilities for trade and consulting services, as well as building area for any production line for manufacturing and development of innovative technologies. Here you will find everything needed. There are an Industrial Park, a Business Complex, Aviation and Educational Centers, and a Technology Park of Ras Al Khaimah, on the territory of this Free Zone.
What does Technology Park of Ras Al Khaimah offer?
RAK Technology Park is located very close to the city of Dubai, at the Emirate Road, which connects the northern Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with the Emirate of Dubai. Also, there is Ras Al Khaimah International Airport close to this area, so you can easily and quickly get to any other Emirate or any other part of the world from here. The park occupies the area of 100 hectares and is located in a rapidly growing district, which the authorities allocated specifically for the development of manufacturing. Factories and plants, hi-tech production – the authorities of RAK FTZ rely on the development of the industry.
On the territory of the RAK free zone technology park, you can either rent a ready-made premise (for example, a warehouse) or just a building area, depending on your needs. We note that the territory of this park continues to grow rapidly and occupancy already exceeds 90%, but the authorities do not intend to stop and have already developed a large-scale plan for expanding the territory of Technology Park in Ras Al Khaimah, so that in the near future there will be new interesting proposals for foreign investors.
The management of RAK FTZ emphasizes that they strive to provide the most comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of all investors. Warehouse and other premises are equipped with everything necessary: electricity, water supply, reinforced concrete flooring, which involves mounting of heavy manufacturing equipment, which is often used in industrial production; high ceilings and large doors allow large trucks to enter and load/unload; there are removable precast walls in new warehouse premises. A company can rent an area of up to 8,600 square meters. Also, the premises are equipped with ultramodern fire safety and fire extinguishing systems.
