Due to the fact that the United Arab Emirates does not have membership in the international Hague Convention, legalization of the constituent and other corporate documents of the offshore RAK ICC company (former RAK IBC) in the Ras Al Khaimah trade zone is carried out in accordance with the rules of the Vienna Convention. In particular legalization is carried out via the Consulate of the country and Ministry of foreign Affairs of the UAE.
Consular certification is a procedure of confirming the authenticity and validity of the originals of the documents of offshore RAK ICC which are submitted for legalization. Besides, the Consulate can certify not only the constitutive and corporate documentation, but the stamp impressions, signatures of the officials and authorized persons are also subject to the assurance.
