First, it is important to understand what types of companies in Ras Al Khaimah and other Emirates are eligible for visas as opposed to other companies. Visa may be issued only to onshore companies - registered in the FTZ and on the mainland. It is impossible to obtain visas through offshore company type.
For onshore companies the number of visas depends on the type and size of the premises, leased by the company. For example, the basic lease package offered by Free Zone Ras Al Khaimah allows to obtain only one visa. If you choose another package it is possible to increase the number of visas to the required number.
The total number of visas that can be issued to a company is related to the entire number of visas– irrespective of their type - investor visa / owner of the company in Ras Al Khaimah or working visa for employees.
Visas are issued by the Immigration Department and are valid for 2 years and may be renewed. Visa regime violations may lead to severe penalties and deportation from the country.
